Our Fees are set in-line with the recommendations of the Australian Psychological Society
Fee schedule
Individual psychology session: Full fee $250 per 50-minute session
Couple session: $250 per 50-minute session (minimum of 90 minutes is recommended)
Letters and Reports: $250 per page. Please discuss this with your psychologist if requesting such a service.
*We do not undertake court services nor provide legal reports.
Fees for NDIS clients
Top Care Psychology provides services to NDIS clients. Fees for NDIS clients depend on the support and services Top Care Psychology provides for them. This will be charge in accordance with the fees stipulated by NDIS.
Fees for EAP clients
Top Care Psychology provides EAP services for all employee of the NTG department / agencies at no cost to employee.
Rebates & Private Health
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate with a valid GP referral. Please ensure you provide us with your GP referral before your appointment.
You may also be eligible to make a claim for psychology services through your private health fund. Please contact your private health fund provider to establish whether you are covered. You are not permitted to claim through Medicare and private health insurance for the same appointment. Only one or the other.
Terms
Top Care Psychology accepts credit or debit payment types. If you are having problems with processing your payment, please contact us immediately to avoid cancellation of your appointment.
Full fee payment will be processed 10mins into the session your appointment. An invoice will be automatically issued to you. If applicable, your Medicare rebate claim will be automatically sent to Medicare and your rebate will be credited directly to your nominated account.
